Cute little Jack is almost 22 months! He'd never had a haircut until a few days ago. He had adorable fluffy baby curls in the back. So sweet! But it was starting to look a little girly/old man so we took him in to get a trim! Holy Toledo! What a trauma! You'd have thought she was poking the scissors in his eyes! Can you say "tantrum"?
Even a balloon, a red sucker, a movie of his choice & a blue race car could not persaude him this was fun!
Now his cute little baby curls and fluffy hair are gone. He looks like such a big boy! We love you Jack & promise not to make you go through a haircut again until it's absolutely necessary!

Allie, those pictures are heartbreaking!!! Poor Jack. I was so prepared to have this sort of experience with Anistyn, I can't believe i didn't. Seriously, next time you go, ask if it's okay if Jack sucks on a spray bottle. That's the only thing that got us through. On the flipside, his new cut looks soooo stinkin' cute!!! What a handsome young man! =)
Haaaaa haa! Well at least he didn't kick the girl in the face. I got that big time once. If it makes you feel any better, they usually come out of the crying over haircuts by 3. LOVE IT!!
That sounds just like Aaron during his first haircut. I actually think it might be the place. Too much stimulation. The next time we took him to fantastic sams and he did fine. Now he's a pro. I still do think it's his favorite thing, but he tolerates it now.
Okay, that's just sad!!
